This notice applies to the 未洛格 individual developer website at velunor.cn (“this website”). For personal information handled by the Gut Journal app, see the Gut Journal Privacy Policy; future apps will have their own policies. If this English version differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

1. A static website

This website only provides information, support and legal pages. It has no accounts, comments, online forms or web payments, and does not ask you to submit personal information.

2. No cookies or analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no ads, third-party analytics, session replay or marketing trackers, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Small features such as “Copy email” run only in your browser and send nothing to us.

3. Technical processing during visits

To show you a page, your browser connects to our server, which therefore sees your IP address, the page requested and browser information.

  • Access logs: this website does not keep access logs.
  • Error logs: when a server error occurs, the web server may write the time, IP address and requested address of the failed request to an error log. It is used only for troubleshooting and security, is visible only to the operator, and is deleted automatically after at most 14 days.

This website runs on a Tencent Cloud server in Shanghai, China, without a CDN. As the infrastructure provider, Tencent Cloud may process network-level data to keep its platform secure; see the Tencent Cloud Privacy Policy.

4. Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments and use them only to answer your question, troubleshoot or handle a privacy request. Mail is received through Microsoft Outlook; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Emails are kept for up to 12 months after your issue is resolved and then deleted.

Please share only what is needed, such as app version, iOS version, device model and what happened, and hide personal details in screenshots. Do not send complete health records, ID documents, Apple Account passwords or payment card details.

This website links to third-party sites such as Apple. When you open them, those sites handle your visit under their own rules.

6. Your rights

You can email us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you (in practice, only emails you sent and at most 14 days of error logs) or to withdraw consent. We will reply within 15 business days. We may ask about the relevant email or visit time to find it, but we will not ask for ID documents.

7. Security and minors

This website uses HTTPS for every connection, and the server publishes only web page files. It does not collect information from minors; if a minor has emailed us, a parent or guardian can contact us to have it deleted.

8. Updates

When this notice changes, we will update its version and effective date on this page and keep previous versions.
